To decentralise the activities of the Fraternal and strengthen local participation.
Key activities & programmes
- Map and strengthen Zones
- Maintain Zone membership records
- Quarterly Zone meetings and prayer gatherings
- Zone evangelism, capacity building and local humanitarian projects
- Recruit eligible Ministers and churches
- Submit regular Zone reports
Intended result
Stronger locally organised Zones, regular participation and reliable membership and activity reporting.
Implementation & accountability
These activities are proposed under the 2027–2031 Strategic Plan. The five-year Activity Work Plan Matrix identifies planned responsibilities, timing, targets and verification arrangements. Implementation remains subject to coordination, available resources and appropriate Fraternal oversight.
