To strengthen the knowledge, skills, spiritual maturity and organisational effectiveness of Ministers of the Gospel.

Intended result
At least four structured capacity-building programmes conducted annually by 2031.
Implementation & accountability
These activities are proposed under the 2027–2031 Strategic Plan. The five-year Activity Work Plan Matrix identifies planned responsibilities, timing, targets and verification arrangements. Implementation remains subject to coordination, available resources and appropriate Fraternal oversight.
